Ojinaga Mayor Lucy Marrufo attended the inauguration of an expansion at the Universidad Tecnológica de Chihuahua (UTCH) Unit Ojinaga, a project aimed at enhancing hands-on learning opportunities for students.
The new space will house workshops and heavy laboratories where students can apply theoretical knowledge in practical settings, according to a municipal announcement shared by Ojinaga Noticias.
Officials said the expansion is designed to strengthen academic training and create new opportunities for professional development within the student community.
City leaders also recognized students and staff at the UTCH Academic Unit in Ojinaga, highlighting their ongoing commitment to education and student growth.
