Fort Davis Independent School District is seeking applicants for a K-12 principal position for the 2026-27 school year, according to a district announcement.
The district said it is looking for a “dynamic and dedicated” leader to oversee its campus in Fort Davis, located in the Jeff Davis Mountains.
According to the posting, the district is seeking a candidate who values relationships and community engagement, supports high-quality instruction and continuous improvement, and demonstrates strong communication and collaboration skills. The ideal applicant is also described as someone passionate about making a difference in a small district setting.
