The Fort Stockton Prowlers are headed to the postseason and will face Canyon Randall in a bi-district softball playoff series beginning Thursday.
According to Fort Stockton Athletics, the series will be played at Seminole High School, with Game 1 scheduled for 6 p.m. Thursday. Fort Stockton will be the home team for the opener.
Game 2 is set for 2 p.m. Friday, with the Prowlers as the visiting team. A third game, if necessary, will follow immediately after Game 2.
The matchup marks the start of the postseason for Fort Stockton, with the program calling on its supporters to travel and fill the stands.
“The bracket is set, the stakes are high, and the energy is going to be electric,” the team said in a social media post announcing the series.
Fans are encouraged to wear blue and white, bring rally towels and support the Prowlers as they begin their playoff run.
