Tejas T’s, a screen printing and embroidery business in Alpine, has been listed for sale, with the owner offering a fully equipped operation and existing customer base for $60,000.
Owner Larry Cordova posted the listing on Facebook Marketplace, inviting interested buyers to inquire by private message. The business, also known as “Bullshirtz,” operates locally in Alpine and maintains an active presence online.
According to the listing, the sale includes a six-color, four-station screen printing press, inks, squeegees, a flash dryer, washout booth and exposure unit. The package also features multiple heat presses used for producing caps, T-shirts and mugs, along with computers and printers.
Cordova said the business is already set up at its current location along U.S. Highway 90, where rent is approximately $850 per month, though the equipment can be relocated.
The sale also includes existing clients and artwork, allowing a prospective buyer to continue operations immediately.
