Tall Texan Distilling says it has released its first bottle of Tall Texan Sotol as the Sanderson-based company continues work on its product line and future tasting room.
In a social media post, the distillery called the bottle its first official release and said it is “beginning to move at a rapid pace” with both production and construction of the tasting room.
The company’s Instagram profile describes Tall Texan Distilling as established in 2025 in Sanderson and says a sotol, spirits and tasting room operation is “coming soon.”
Tall Texan Distilling thanked supporters for backing the project and encouraged followers to sign up for its newsletter for updates on the business.
The post marks a visible milestone for the new West Texas distilling venture as it moves from concept toward opening.
