The Alpine Volunteer Fire Department will host a community spaghetti dinner fundraiser from 6 to 9 p.m. May 2 at American Legion Post 79.
The event will take place at 306 W. Sul Ross Ave., with plates priced at $12. Proceeds from the dinner will support the Alpine Volunteer Fire Department, while table donations will benefit the department’s junior firefighters program.
Organizers encourage attendees to purchase tickets in advance from local firefighters or at Traci’s Vapor Emporium.
The fundraiser is aimed at supporting ongoing operations and training efforts for the department, as well as investing in the next generation of volunteer firefighters.
