A service outage by telecommunications provider Telcel has left the border city of Ojinaga without cellular and internet access, disrupting business and daily activity, according to local reports.
The disruption, reported by Ojinaga Noticias, has affected commercial and service sectors across the city, with residents and businesses unable to access phone or data networks.
Officials said the outage marks another instance of Telcel service interruptions impacting the region. No estimated time has been provided for when service will be restored.
The cause of the outage was not immediately clear.
