Tall Texan Distilling is building a new tasting room in Sanderson as the recently established distillery expands its presence in West Texas.
The company, founded in 2025, said its team is working with KLIQ Enterprises to design and construct a space that will offer visitors an immersive experience centered on sotol and agave-based spirits.
Recent updates show the project moving into the construction phase, with the interior framing of the tasting room underway. The team has conducted walkthroughs of the space to review plans and finalize details as the build progresses.
Tall Texan Distilling focuses on producing spirits that reflect Texas traditions, incorporating regional ingredients and techniques tied to agave and sotol processing.
An opening date for the tasting room has not been announced. The company said it will share additional updates as construction continues.
The project represents a new addition to Sanderson’s business community and is expected to provide both residents and visitors with a local destination for craft spirits.
