Two men from Mexico were apprehended early Saturday morning after authorities responded to a report of trespassing on private property southeast of Marathon, according to the Brewster County Sheriff’s Office.
Brewster County deputies and U.S. Border Patrol agents located the individuals following the report and took them into custody. Officials determined the two had entered the United States without authorization.
The men were referred to U.S. Border Patrol agents for processing and removal, the sheriff’s office said.
