Ojinaga Mayor Lucy Marrufo visited the community of Arnaldo Gutiérrez this week to deliver one ton of cement aimed at supporting local infrastructure improvements.
The materials were distributed as part of the municipal initiative “No Más Comunidades Olvidadas,” a program focused on addressing the needs of underserved communities and promoting development across rural areas.
City officials said the effort is part of ongoing outreach to bring resources directly to smaller communities and improve living conditions through targeted support projects.
