Gage Resort & Spa will host a special Easter Sunday dinner on April 5, featuring a seasonal menu alongside offerings from its signature 12 Gage restaurant.
The holiday special includes grilled lamb lollipops served with chimichurri and mint gremolata, accompanied by roasted carrots, pistachio crumb and chilled Israeli couscous. The dinner is priced at $56, according to the resort’s announcement.
Guests are invited to make reservations for the evening service by calling the resort directly. The Easter menu will be offered in addition to the restaurant’s regular selections.
