A multi-agency investigation led by the Texas Department of Public Safety resulted in the arrest of a Del Rio man Tuesday evening in Alpine, authorities said.
Cesar Resendez Jr., 36, was taken into custody without incident after officers located him in a vehicle on North Fifth Street, according to the Brewster County Sheriff’s Office.
The operation involved Brewster County deputies, including newly sworn K-9 Milo, Alpine police officers, DPS agents and troopers, and DPS air support.
Resendez was booked into the Brewster County Jail on a charge of online solicitation of a minor, a third-degree felony. Additional charges are pending, authorities said.
