Volunteer firefighters in Ojinaga will host a food sale Saturday, March 14, to raise funds supporting their emergency response services.
According to organizers, the fundraiser will feature pulled pork sandwiches served with chips and a soft drink for 200 pesos per meal.
The event will begin at 11 a.m. at the intersection of Calle L. Comercio and V. Guerrero, where residents are asked to look for a yellow truck serving the meals.
Proceeds from the sale will help support the work of the city’s volunteer firefighters, who provide emergency services to the community.
Organizers said the fundraiser is intended to help ensure the firefighters can continue serving Ojinaga residents and maintaining their operations.
Tickets for the event will be distributed at Cabra Mayor, according to promotional materials shared by organizers.
