Gage Hotel has announced updated spring break dining hours for its restaurants, bars and food venues, with the schedule in effect through March 27.
According to the resort, 12 Gage Restaurant will be open daily from 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m., with reservations highly recommended. The nearby White Buffalo Bar will operate daily from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., offering bar snacks beginning at 3 p.m. and a full bar menu from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
At Brick Vault Brewery & BBQ, hours will be Wednesday through Friday from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., Saturday from noon to 9 p.m., and Sunday from noon to 5 p.m.
The resort’s V6 Cafe will be open daily from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., with food service ending at 2 p.m. and drinks available until closing.
Additional options include Ghost Fire Pizza, open Tuesday through Saturday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., and Desert Ghost Distillery, which will operate Tuesday through Saturday from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.
The dining schedule is part of the resort’s seasonal adjustments during the busy spring break travel period in the Big Bend region.
