Hotel Saint George is serving up a new Southwest-inspired addition to its nightly dinner offerings with the introduction of a carne asada pizza, now available every evening from 5 to 9:30 p.m.
The new pizza features tender carne asada topped with peppers, onions, melted cheese, and fresh garnishes on a crisp, oven-baked crust—blending classic pizza technique with flavors familiar to the Borderlands. The dish is available for dine-in or takeout, offering another casual but elevated option for locals and visitors alike.
Located at 105 S. Highland Ave., Hotel Saint George has continued to expand its food program alongside its role as one of Marfa’s central gathering places, serving hotel guests, residents, and travelers passing through the region.
