Bad Rabbit Cafe has announced special plans for Christmas Day along with extended holiday hours at its Terlingua Ranch location.
The cafe will offer a Christmas dinner à la carte menu on December 25, available from 3 to 8 p.m., while supplies last. Guests can build their own plates from a selection of smoked meats, traditional sides, and desserts.
Menu highlights include smoked turkey and brisket sold by the quarter-pound, along with classic sides such as cornbread, garlic mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, green beans or corn, cranberry sauce, and deviled eggs. Desserts include pumpkin pie and pecan pie. The regular Bad Rabbit Cafe menu will also be available throughout the day.
In addition to Christmas Day service, Bad Rabbit Cafe will remain open daily from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. during the holiday period. The cafe also announced extended hours on New Year’s Eve, staying open until 1 a.m., with live music by Scott Walker performing in the Bunkhouse and a sparkling toast planned at midnight.
