Zollie Glass Studio, a longtime name in the glass art community, has officially reopened after being destroyed by a tornado in June 2024. The studio, located inside the historic Ferguson Motor Co. building, is once again fully operational.
Owned and operated by glass artist Jake Zollie Harper II, Zollie Glass Studio has a 26-year history in the glass art world. Harper’s career spans from early work across the country to establishing a large-scale studio in San Antonio before laying roots in Far West Texas.
“Excited to have put things back together after intense tornado damage. Even more excited to be producing work again,” Harper shared in a post announcing the reopening.
The studio now functions as both a gallery and workspace dedicated to glass artistry. Visitors can see the newly restored workshop and learn more about Harper’s craftsmanship at zollieglass.com or by contacting zollieglass@gmail.com / (432) 244-4733.
