Texas A&M AgriLife Extension to Offer “Cooking Well Texas Meets Mediterranean” Series in Monahans

Texas A&M AgriLife Extension will host a three-part series, “Cooking Well Texas Meets Mediterranean,” beginning Nov. 3 at the Ward County Event Center in the Trinity Room.

The program introduces participants to the health benefits of the Mediterranean diet and offers practical guidance on how to incorporate its principles into everyday cooking. Each session will focus on different aspects of Mediterranean eating:

Nov. 3: The Mediterranean Diet – A Timeless Recipe for Health Nov. 10: Introduction to Mediterranean Fruits & Vegetables Nov. 17: Introduction to Mediterranean Proteins, Grains, & Dairy

Sessions begin at 5 p.m., and registration is $15 for the full program. Space is limited, and early registration is encouraged.
