Blue Mountain Bar and Grill in Fort Davis has welcomed a new face to its leadership team. Sadie Angelo has joined as the restaurant’s new Kitchen Manager and is already making her mark by rolling out daily dinner specials and reintroducing the community favorite—Sunday brunch.
This week marks the start of Angelo’s signature specials, which showcase hearty, homestyle meals. One of the featured dishes, Smothered Pork Chops served with Cornbread Dressing, Mashed Potatoes, and a warm dinner roll, reflects her focus on comforting flavors with a generous touch.
In addition to nightly specials, Blue Mountain Bar and Grill is reviving its popular brunch service, set to return on September 14 and September 21 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Guests can expect a varied menu of brunch favorites designed to satisfy every appetite.
