Alpine ISD has recognized two standouts at Alpine Elementary School as part of its monthly staff honors.
Mrs. Galindo has been named Teacher of the Month for August. Colleagues praised her willingness to help, her expertise in the classroom, and her ability to go above and beyond for both students and staff. “Your positivity makes AES brighter every day,” the district said in its announcement.
Larry Gallego was named Staff Member of the Month. Known for his dedication and tireless work for Alpine Elementary, Gallego received an especially warm celebration from students. During the announcement, children filled the gym chanting “Larry, Larry!” in appreciation.
Both honorees were commended for their commitment to the school community and for embodying the spirit of being a “true Buck.”
