Presidio will soon be home to its first HTeaO location, bringing the popular Southern-style iced tea chain to far West Texas.
According to filings with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, construction began August 26, 2025, at 316 Jose Rodriquez Street. The 2,253-square-foot project carries an estimated cost of $1.35 million and is slated for completion by March 1, 2026.
The new store will be part of the fast-growing HTeaO brand, which traces its roots back to Amarillo in 2009 when founders Justin, Gary, and Kim began serving iced tea as a family side business. After officially launching in 2018, HTeaO has rapidly expanded to more than a dozen states, offering dozens of fresh-brewed tea flavors along with healthy snacks and drive-thru convenience.
