The Alpine Police Department has welcomed its newest officer, Jack Steiner, to the force.
Officer Steiner joins APD after serving with the Sul Ross State University Police Department (UDPS) for more than a year. His badge was pinned by his wife, Assistant Chief Kate Steiner of UDPS, in a ceremony held at the Alpine Police Department.
APD shared the announcement, saying they are proud to have Officer Steiner join their ranks.
