State of Public Education Panel Set for Sept. 3 at Sul Ross

Community members will have the chance to hear directly from local education leaders at the upcoming State of Public Education Panel, scheduled for Tuesday, September 3, at noon inside the Espino Center at Sul Ross State University.

The panel will feature Dr. Carlos Hernandez, President of Sul Ross State University, and Dr. Michelle Rinehart, Superintendent of Alpine ISD, who will share updates and perspectives on education in the region.

Rusty Moore, General Manager and COO of BBT, will moderate the discussion.

The event is organized by West Texas National Bank, Sul Ross State University, and Alpine Community Projects. Lunch will be provided for those who register in advance.
