Families attending the 38th annual Marfa Lights Festival will see a new addition to the lineup this year: a circus-themed performance presented by Marfa Live Arts.
The Circus Clown and Juggling Show will take place at 12 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 30, 2025, on the festival’s main stage. The show will feature juggler and comedian Bruce Manners alongside a local clown troupe led by Las Vegas-based performer Paul Matthew Lopez of Clown on Wire.
Organizers said the event builds on last year’s magician performance and is designed to bring comedy, juggling, and clowning to audiences of all ages.
The performance is supported by the Marfa Chamber of Commerce, Texas Commission on the Arts, Cynthia and George Mitchell Foundation, and Hotel Paisano. More information is available at www.marfalivearts.org.
