The Jeff Davis County Sheriff’s Office, in coordination with the Reeves County Sheriff’s Office, has launched an active search for a missing person, Jonathon Miller, who was last seen on Friday night.
Miller, whose disappearance originated in Reeves County, was reportedly scheduled to meet someone in Jeff Davis County but never arrived. Concern for his safety prompted a coordinated response across county lines.
In an effort to locate Miller, the Jeff Davis County Sheriff’s Office has mobilized air support, including assistance from local residents and a helicopter provided by the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS). Ground efforts are also underway.
Authorities are urging anyone with information that could assist in the search to contact the Jeff Davis County Sheriff’s Office without delay.
