Ashley Adauto, Executive Director of the Monahans Economic Development Corporation (EDC), represented Monahans at the Texas Economic Development Council’s Sales Tax Workshop held in Lubbock this week.
Adauto was invited to serve on a Practitioner’s Panel alongside her counterparts from Lamesa and Levelland, where she shared strategies and insight on fostering local economic development. The panel focused on how communities across Texas can better leverage sales tax tools and collaborative initiatives to spur growth.
Her participation marked Monahans’ active role in shaping broader economic conversations at the state level, reinforcing the city’s commitment to community and business development.
