Residents of Balmorhea, Texas, can now sign up to receive five hot meals a week delivered directly to their door through the Reeves County Meals on Wheels program.
The initiative, operated by a local nonprofit and led by Program Director Hilda Mendoza, aims to provide nutritious meals to individuals in need while also creating volunteer opportunities and pathways for community support.
Meals are delivered Monday through Friday, and the program is actively registering new participants. Those interested in receiving meals, volunteering, or donating can contact the program at (432) 287-0240 or email meals.wheels@reevescounty.org.
The program’s mission is to remain a vital and accessible resource for the region. Volunteers are especially needed to help deliver meals and brighten the day for homebound neighbors.
