West Texas United Communities is continuing its local donation drive to aid those impacted by recent flooding in the Hill Country. The group is accepting essential supplies through Friday, July 11, at the Reeves County Civic Center, located at 1500 S. Cedar St.
The drive runs daily from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Community response so far has been described as strong.
Requested donation items include baby wipes, diapers for children and adults, infant formula, snacks, shelf-stable food, bottled water, sports drinks, bug spray, women’s hygiene products, and empty boxes of any size.
Donations will be distributed to affected areas in need of relief.
