This morning outside the Municipal Palace, Mayor Lucy Marrufo officially handed over four fully equipped sedan patrol cars to the Municipal Public Safety Department.
The new vehicles will strengthen the department’s preventive operations. The city thanked Chihuahua Mayor Marco Bonilla and the Municipal Government of Chihuahua for donating the units, a result of coordination efforts that began early in the current administration.
City officials say the collaboration is another step forward for Ojinaga.

Esta mañana, frente al Palacio Municipal, la alcaldesa Lucy Marrufo entregó oficialmente cuatro patrullas tipo sedán totalmente equipadas a la Dirección de Seguridad Pública Municipal.
Las unidades, donadas por el Gobierno Municipal de Chihuahua con el apoyo del alcalde Marco Bonilla, fortalecerán las labores preventivas de la corporación. Esta gestión, iniciada al comienzo de la administración actual, busca mejorar la seguridad en la comunidad.
Autoridades locales destacaron que con trabajo conjunto, Ojinaga sigue avanzando.
