SE/4 of the SE/4 of the SW/4 of Section 8, Block 216, T & St. L. Ry. Co., Brewster County, Texas — 10.00 acres (Tract 4819, R14714)
Bidding closes 25 days after the first bid is submitted. Winning bids, once approved, will be subject to the Property Owners Association of Terlingua Ranch, Inc. (POATRI).
