Meet CeCe, Alpine Animal Services’ Pet of the Week, available for adoption now through Sunday, April 20 for a reduced fee of $50. The adoption fee includes her spay, heartworm test, microchip, and all vaccinations.
CeCe was returned to the shelter on April 1 through no fault of her own, after her adopter was no longer able to care for her. Originally brought to the shelter in December 2023 as a pregnant stray, CeCe stayed through her pregnancy and weaned her puppies before being adopted into a loving home.
Described as a well-rounded and affectionate dog, CeCe has lived successfully with cats, dogs, and children. Her previous owner shared that she loves attention, enjoys playing with toys, and is always ready for a cuddle. She’s also leash-trained and loves going on walks.
CeCe is currently available for adoption at Alpine Animal Services Shelter, located at 2900 Old Marathon Hwy, Alpine, TX 79830.
