Alpine High School’s Collette Sharron took top honors at the Big Bend District FFA meeting, winning the talent competition with her vocal performance.
Sharron now advances to compete at the Area level in San Angelo this May.
Her achievement highlights the diverse talents of students involved in FFA, an organization typically known for agricultural education but also offering opportunities in leadership and the performing arts.
