Members of Terlingua Fire & EMS’s A and B shifts traveled to Fort Stockton this week to participate in a regional training session led by nationally recognized educator Bob Page.
The training, held Wednesday and Thursday, covered key emergency medical service topics, including the science and application of 12-lead and 15-lead EKGs, capnography, and the proper use of stethoscopes. Area medics joined the session, which was hosted by Pecos County EMS.
Terlingua Fire & EMS expressed appreciation to both Page and Pecos County EMS for making the training available in the region.
