El Paso County Sheriff Oscar Ugarte held the department’s first Meet and Greet event in Montana Vista, bringing together community members and local partners for an evening of outreach and engagement.
The event featured participation from El Paso County Commissioner Jackie Butler and representatives from the El Paso Public Library, who were on hand to promote the Enhanced Library Card program.
