Established in 2024, this locally loved eatery is helmed by Jon Beavers, a Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts graduate with more than 25 years of experience in the food industry. Originally from the state of over 10,000 lakes, Beavers brings his passion for great food to the Big Bend region.

Specials like the Brunch Burger—crafted with 100% Wagyu beef, bacon, American cheese, caramelized onions, and house-made pickles on a sourdough bun—highlight the restaurant’s dedication to bold, satisfying flavors.
