Young athletes in Presidio have an opportunity to sharpen their skills at a free baseball and softball camp hosted at the Presidio High School baseball field. The camp, which includes instruction, meals, and a free T-shirt, is open to students in grades 6-12.
The event kicks off on Saturday, Jan. 18, with high school baseball and softball players in grades 9-12 attending from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. On Sunday, Jan. 19, middle school players in grades 6-8 will participate from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Participants will enjoy complimentary meals, including lunch on Sunday and dinner on Saturday. Organizers emphasize that the camp is entirely free, with no strings attached.
