As the holiday season approaches, the Brewster County Sheriff’s Office, led by Sheriff Dodson, is calling on the community to spread Christmas cheer to less fortunate children in the area. The office is currently accepting new, unwrapped toys, which will be distributed to Brewster County children before Christmas.
Residents are encouraged to bring their donations directly to the sheriff’s office or to look for donation barrels placed at local businesses. The success of the Brown Santa event heavily relies on the generous contributions from the community.
