Alpine ISD Seeks Private Child Care Centers and Schools for Early Childhood Public-Private Partnerships

Alpine Independent School District (ISD) is extending an invitation to private child care centers and private schools to join its Early Childhood Education Public-Private Partnership program. This initiative aims to enhance early learning opportunities and generate new funding streams for educational institutions in the Alpine area.

The program offers a variety of collaboration models tailored to meet the needs of diverse educational settings, including funding opportunities, shared resources, and professional development for staff. By partnering with Alpine ISD, private institutions can benefit from district resources such as educational tools, materials, and personalized support from the Public/Private Partnerships Coordinator, Dave Bauman.

“Our mission is to provide all children with learning experiences that prepare them to be responsible, productive, and successful citizens of an ever-changing world,” said Alpine ISD. The district is committed to fostering high-quality early learning environments that set the foundation for lifelong success.

Eligible participants in this partnership include private child care centers, preschools, and elementary schools with early childhood programs. The district offers half-day funding of $1,750 or more per student per year for PreK-3 and PreK-4 programs, and full-day funding of $3,500 or more per student per year for Kindergarten through 2nd grade.

To express interest in launching a partnership or to learn more about the program, interested parties are encouraged to contact Dave Bauman, Public/Private Partnership Coordinator at Alpine ISD, via email at dbauman@alpineisd.net or by phone at 432-837-7700 x. 106. Alpine ISD looks forward to collaborating with private institutions to create a brighter future for the children of Texas.
