Last week, the Brewster County Sheriff’s Office, Alpine Police Department, and Alpine Volunteer Fire Department swiftly responded to a vehicle fire near the intersection of Highway 67/90 and FM 1703 on Thursday afternoon.
According to officials, the fire was quickly contained before it could spread to the surrounding area. All occupants of the vehicle escaped without injury, and there were no reported casualties or damage to other property.
