Fort Stockton Intermediate School, located at 1100 W 2nd St., is set to embark on a significant development project aimed at enhancing its facilities. Slated to begin on March 25, 2024, and projected to reach completion by June 18, 2025, the project carries an estimated cost of $15.4 million.
This ambitious initiative will see the addition of new spaces to the existing school structure, including a gym and several classrooms, alongside comprehensive interior renovations. Spanning a total of 30,600 square feet, the improvements are designed to provide students with a more conducive learning environment and upgraded amenities.
The Fort Stockton Independent School District (ISD) has outlined that the scope of work will specifically involve interior renovations to the current building and an expansion to accommodate the new gym and classroom spaces.
