The much-anticipated event, dubbed ‘Find Your Trail’, seeks to draw in both seasoned outdoorsmen and beginners alike, showcasing the stunning natural beauty that the park has to offer. Organized by the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department, the event is a part of a series of centennial celebrations taking place in Texas State Parks throughout the year.
With the aim of enticing an array of adventure-seekers, the three-day extravaganza will unfold with an enchanting night under the stars on Friday. Attendees can experience the awe-inspiring beauty of the wilderness in its purest form, providing a fantastic opportunity for star gazing and nocturnal wildlife spotting.
On Saturday, participants can join a backpacking workshop designed to educate them about the essentials of outdoor adventuring. This session is an excellent chance for novices to get started on their outdoor journey and seasoned explorers to refresh their knowledge.
The grand finale on Sunday includes an epic hike through the stunning trails of Big Bend Ranch State Park.
