Roux Alpine, a new grab-and-go food destination, officially opened its doors in Alpine today, offering fresh prepared meals for the local community. Located at the corner of N 15th and Avenue E, the establishment aims to provide convenient and delicious dining options to customers.
After months of hard work and dedication, the team behind Roux Alpine transformed an empty building into an inviting space for customers to pick up ready-to-eat meals or enjoy them on-site. The shop is open Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., Friday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., and Sunday from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m.
In addition to its daily offerings, Roux Alpine also provides weekly family meals and expert catering services. The business credits its successful launch to the support of numerous companies, contractors, and friends.
