Marfa Independent School District will host a childcare sign-up event Wednesday, Nov. 11, to introduce families to its early learning program and provide information about childcare services for children ages 18 months to 4 years.
The family event is scheduled for 3:30 p.m. at Marfa Elementary School.
District officials are inviting parents and guardians to learn more about the program, meet with school representatives and sign up for childcare services.
The program emphasizes early childhood education in a safe, nurturing environment, with caring teachers, hands-on learning activities and opportunities for young children to develop foundational skills.
According to a district announcement, the program focuses on four key areas: early learning, caring teachers, play-based and hands-on instruction, and a supportive environment.
The event is part of Marfa ISD’s efforts to strengthen families and provide educational opportunities for the community’s youngest children.
Families interested in enrolling their children or learning more about the program are encouraged to attend.
