An antique propeller was stolen from Railroad Blues in Alpine, prompting the popular music venue to offer a cash reward for information leading to its recovery and the identification of those responsible.
According to a social media post from the venue, the propeller was a longtime decorative piece displayed inside Railroad Blues at 504 W. Holland Ave.
The venue said it is actively reviewing surveillance footage, tracking leads and working with the community in an effort to recover the item.
“A CASH REWARD is being offered for information leading to the recovery of the propeller, the identification of those responsible, and the arrest and conviction of anyone involved,” the post stated.
Railroad Blues also urged anyone who may have information about the theft to come forward confidentially, noting that antique items can be difficult to sell without attracting attention.
The venue asked the public to share the post to help spread awareness about the stolen property.
