Viva Big Bend Music Festival Returns July 22–26 With 65+ Shows Across Far West Texas

The 15th annual Viva Big Bend music festival is set to return July 22–26, 2026, bringing more than 65 live performances to over a dozen venues across the Big Bend region.

The multi-day festival will feature shows in the communities of Alpine, Marfa, Marathon, Terlingua, Presidio and Fort Davis, showcasing the region’s diverse venues and landscapes alongside a wide range of musical acts.

Organizers say the festival has grown into one of the largest music events in Far West Texas, drawing visitors from across the state and beyond while highlighting local culture and businesses.

Participating venues include the Alpine Visitor Center, Amigo Sports Bar & Restaurant, Big Bend Saddlery, The Granada Theater, Holland Hotel, Lucia, Murphy Street, Museum of the Big Bend, Railroad Blues, The Ritchey, TexPop and 5th Street Gallery in Alpine; Planet Marfa and The Pool at Hotel St. George in Marfa; the Gage Hotel and Desert Ghost Distilling Co. in Marathon; the Starlight Theater in Terlingua; Rendezvous and the Audrey & Tyrone Kelly Outdoor Theater in Fort Davis; and Cibolo Creek Ranch between Marfa and Presidio.

The festival’s format encourages attendees to travel between towns, experiencing multiple performances in a variety of intimate and historic settings throughout the Big Bend region.

Additional details, including performer lineups and ticket information, are expected to be released ahead of the July event.
