Starlight Theatre is promoting a short-run menu featuring two dishes available for a limited time in early May, according to a recent social media post.
The restaurant announced a Terlingua Greek salad priced at $12.95, made with mixed greens, cucumber, tomatoes, feta, egg, pepperoncini and red onion, served with Greek dressing.
A second featured item, chicken cordon bleu, is listed at $26.95 and includes sliced chicken topped with Mornay sauce, accompanied by balsamic-glazed asparagus and roasted red potatoes.
The specials are available May 1 through May 3, with the restaurant encouraging guests to visit before items sell out.
The Starlight Theatre, located at 100 Ivey St. in Terlingua, has operated as a restaurant and bar since 1991 and remains a well-known destination for visitors to the Big Bend region.
