The Terrell County Sheriff’s Office will hold a public auction Saturday for seized and abandoned vehicles, offering more than two dozen cars, trucks and SUVs for sale.
The auction is scheduled for April 18 at the intersection of Legion Street and U.S. Highway 90 in Sanderson. Buyer registration and vehicle viewing will begin at 8 a.m., with bidding set to start at 10 a.m.
All vehicles will be sold “as is,” according to the notice issued by Sheriff and Tax Assessor-Collector Thaddeus C. Cleveland.
The inventory includes a range of vehicles spanning model years from the late 1990s to 2022, featuring brands such as Dodge, GMC, Chevrolet, Ford, Toyota, Chrysler and Volvo. Among the listings are multiple Chevrolet Silverados, Ford F-150 pickups, GMC SUVs and a 2022 Dodge Challenger.
Officials did not provide details on vehicle conditions but emphasized that prospective buyers are encouraged to inspect the vehicles during the morning viewing period prior to bidding.
The auction is open to the public.
