The Fort Stockton Public Library will host “Echoes of Calm: A Sound Bath” on Saturday, April 11, offering attendees an opportunity to relax through immersive sound.
The event is scheduled for 12 p.m. at the library, located at 500 N. Water St. Participants are encouraged to bring a blanket, yoga mat or meditation pillow for comfort during the session.
A sound bath is a practice that uses music and resonant tones to promote relaxation and mental clarity. Organizers say the experience is designed to help calm both the body and mind through sustained sound.
The program is recommended for individuals ages 19 and older. For more information, contact the library at 432-336-3374.
