The Town of Pecos City will host its bi-annual community cleanup day on Saturday, April 18, 2026, inviting residents to help beautify the community.
The event is scheduled from 8 a.m. to noon, with participants asked to meet at City Hall at 8 a.m. Organizers say volunteers will assist with litter removal and general cleanup efforts across designated areas of the city.
Participants will be provided with gloves, safety vests, trash bags and grabbers. Breakfast and lunch will also be available for volunteers.
The city is offering double community service hours for those who participate, and volunteers will have a chance to win the “Keep Pecos Proud” trophy.
For more information, residents can contact Pecos City Hall at 432-445-2421 or visit City Hall at 115 W. Third St.
