The Pecos Bills will host a community meet-and-greet and media day on May 19 at Cyclone Ballparks, inviting residents to connect with players and team staff ahead of the upcoming season.
The event is scheduled from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. and is open to the public. Organizers say the evening is designed to give fans an opportunity to meet the team, take photos and engage with the organization in a relaxed setting.
The Pecos community is encouraged to attend, with the event held in partnership with the local Convention and Visitors Bureau.
Food will be provided by Elin’s Creations, and photography services will be handled by Bailee.
The meet-and-greet serves as part of the team’s preseason activities and outreach efforts to build local support and visibility.
